Return Policy

  • Returns for in-store or online orders are accepted within 10 days of purchase for store credit only on full priced items.
  • Jewelry, hair accessories and marked down items or items purchased with promo codes are FINAL SALE. 
  • If the purchase was shipped, return window begins the day it arrives to your doorstep to the day package is sent back. A return label will be issued to you via email. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping cost, this will be subtracted from your merchandise refund for store credit.
  • We only accept returned products that are unused, unwashed and unaltered been and should have all original tags.

Sending it back to us: securely pack and seal the items in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Use your prepaid USPS label that we will provide via email after we have received your request. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Once we have received your package and its been inspected, we’ll send back via email a e-gift card with your balance, to use anytime at checkout. For in store returns, same process is done but with physical gift card.
