• Orders received before 5pm Monday - Friday CT (Central Time) will be processed within 24-48 hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. This excludes Sundays and Holidays.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.

• At this time, we are only operating with domestic U.S.A orders. Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) or you'd like us to ship faster please contact us via email.

• Customer will receive email with tracking number once item is picked up by USPS.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from shopchictique.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to shopchictique.com.

This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund for store credit.
