Shipping & Returns
Orders received before 5pm Monday - Friday CT (Central Time) will be processed within 24-48 hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 5pm (CT) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use USPS for all orders.
For the moment being we are only operating with domestic U.S.A orders. Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (1-3 business days) free of charge to the client on orders over $75.00 using code FREESHIPPING at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, customer will be notified via email if costs are subject to change based on delivery service, price and weight of item, insurance and destination. Shipping can be tracked with a USPS tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from shopchictique.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to pixiemarket.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days on full priced items. Jewelry, hair accessories and hats are finals sales.
Hassle free returns! Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card) will require a handling and processing fee of $6.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that the product must be returned unused, must not have been altered or washed and should be in original packaging including all tags.
Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Send back to us using prepaid USPS label that we will provide via email after we have received your request. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
